Method of Payment

The following are ways to make tuition fee payments:

Through online banking - Add Cambrian College as a payee to your online bank account by using your 6-digit student number.

Through Cambrian College's Student 411 web portal - Make your VISA or MasterCard payment by logging in to your Student 411 account at www.cambriancollege.ca, go to the "Things you can do" tab, and click on "Pay Fees".

In person - You may pay by cash, credit card, debit card, cheque, or money order at the Office of the Reigistrar, Cambrian College, 1400 Barrydown Road, Sudbury, Ontario, P3A 3V8.
Please ensure your student number is noted on the cheque or money order.

If you did not complete your Tuition Fee Payment Agreement Form online (Student 411), please fax or mail in your completed form to the Registrar's Office at the address on the bottom of the form.

If you have any questions regarding the payment of your fees, please call our toll-free number at 1-800-461-7145, extension 3003 (in Ontario), or dial our direct line at (705) 566-8101, extension 3003, and someone will gladly help you.

Refunds

Refunds of fees are calculated as of the effective date of withdrawal noted by the Office of the Registrar on the receipt of the Withdrawal Form from the student. Please contact the Counselling Department to officially withdraw. It is the student's responsibility to ensure its completion and submission.

The refund schedule was established keeping in mind the costs committed on the student's behalf before classes begin and throughout the semester. The following rules apply:

· a student who withdraws within the first 10 days of classes from the scheduled start of the semester will be refunded the full fee minus $100.

· a student who withdraws after 10 class days but prior to the start of the next semester will be refunded fees for any subsequent semesters only.

The refund schedule for visa students is prorated in the same fashion as the regular fee, and a $500 fee will be withheld if the withdrawal is within the first 10 days of classes.
