　　资本市场是长期资金市场，是指证券融资和经营一年以上的资金借贷和证券交易的场所，也称中长期资金市场。

　　财务风险管理

　　财务风险管理是指经营主体对其理财过程中存在的各种风险进行识别、度量和分析评价，并适时采取及时有效的方法进行防范和控制，以经济合理可行的方法进行处理，以保障理财活动安全正常开展，保证其经济利益免受损失的管理过程。

　　金融风险管理

　　金融风险管理就是金融市场上营利性组织和非营利性组织衡量和控制风险及回报之间的得失，金融风险管理包括对金融风险的识别、度量和控制。

　　投资管理

　　投资管理是针对证券及资产的金融服务，从投资者利益出发，达致投资目标。投资者可以是机构譬如保险公司、退休基金及公司或者是私人投资者。

　　金融监管

　　金融监管是金融监督和金融管理的总称。
